Peppermint Matcha Latte
Every morning.
1-2 tsp matcha powder
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Maple syrup to taste
1/2 cup frothed milk of choice
1/2- 3/4 cup hot water (not boiling- this will burn the matcha)
Optional add-ins instead of peppermint: vanilla, cinnamon, honey, coconut milk
Mix hot water with the matcha, peppermint and maple syrup using an electric hand whisk or matcha whisk
Pour in your frothed milk of choice & start sipping!
