Peppermint Matcha Latte

Every morning.

  • 1-2 tsp matcha powder

  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract

  • Maple syrup to taste

  • 1/2 cup frothed milk of choice

  • 1/2- 3/4 cup hot water (not boiling- this will burn the matcha)

  • Optional add-ins instead of peppermint: vanilla, cinnamon, honey, coconut milk

  1. Mix hot water with the matcha, peppermint and maple syrup using an electric hand whisk or matcha whisk

  2. Pour in your frothed milk of choice & start sipping!
