No-Bake Cinnamon Rolls
A cinnamon bun x power ball collab.
Ingredients
Dough:
1 1/2 cups oat flour (just blend oats)
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup almond butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
Generous dash of vanilla
Pinch of salt
Filling:
1 cup soaked dates
1/4 cup almond butter
2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp water
Generous dash of vanilla
Pinch of salt
Blend all dough ingredients together in a food processor, then roll out in between two pieces of parchment paper to form
Blend all filling ingredients together and spread evenly on the dough
Roll into a log and freeze for an hour before slicing. Store in the freezer and thaw before eating.
