No-Bake Cinnamon Rolls

A cinnamon bun x power ball collab.

Ingredients

Dough:

  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour (just blend oats)

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • Generous dash of vanilla

  • Pinch of salt

Filling:

  • 1 cup soaked dates

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp water

  • Generous dash of vanilla

  • Pinch of salt

  1. Blend all dough ingredients together in a food processor, then roll out in between two pieces of parchment paper to form

  2. Blend all filling ingredients together and spread evenly on the dough

  3. Roll into a log and freeze for an hour before slicing. Store in the freezer and thaw before eating.
