Staple Granola

Like having a staple coat, but granola. 

  • 3 cups of oats

  • 1 cup nuts/seeds, whatever you would like (I like pumpkin seeds & walnuts)

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves 

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (softened not melted, this is key)

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup and dash of vanilla 

  1. Mix it all together & press it down on a baking sheet. bake for 35-40 minutes at 325 then let it cool & break it into chunks.
