Staple Granola
Like having a staple coat, but granola.
3 cups of oats
1 cup nuts/seeds, whatever you would like (I like pumpkin seeds & walnuts)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/3 cup coconut oil (softened not melted, this is key)
1/3 cup maple syrup and dash of vanilla
Mix it all together & press it down on a baking sheet. bake for 35-40 minutes at 325 then let it cool & break it into chunks.
