Salad Wraps

Perfect on the go lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Salad Wraps:

  • Rice paper

  • Spinach, cucumber, sprouts, edamame, carrots, green onion (basically any of your favourite veggies)

  • Protein of choice

Peanut Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 3 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • A couple dashes of cayenne pepper

  • Crushed peanuts optional

  1. Soak your rice paper in warm water then lay flat

  2. Add all your veggies in the center & roll your wrap

  3. Stir all the peanut sauce ingredients together & start dipping!
