Salad Wraps
Perfect on the go lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
Salad Wraps:
Rice paper
Spinach, cucumber, sprouts, edamame, carrots, green onion (basically any of your favourite veggies)
Protein of choice
Peanut Sauce:
3 tbsp natural peanut butter
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
A couple dashes of cayenne pepper
Crushed peanuts optional
Soak your rice paper in warm water then lay flat
Add all your veggies in the center & roll your wrap
Stir all the peanut sauce ingredients together & start dipping!
