Chicken Nuggets
Could eat these everyday.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
2 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400
Mix dry ingredients together
Whisk eggs in a separate bowl
Dip chicken into egg wash, then into dry mixture and repeat twice to make extra crispy
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through
