Chicken Nuggets

Could eat these everyday.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Mix dry ingredients together

  3. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl

  4. Dip chicken into egg wash, then into dry mixture and repeat twice to make extra crispy

  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through
