Apple Crisp

Filling:

  • 6 chopped apples

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Heaping tbsp flour

  • Cinnamon

Crumble Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups oats

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/4 maple syrup

  • 1/4 coconut oil

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

Mix the filling ingredients together, and place in a greased baking dish. Mix the crumble ingredients together and pour over the filling, gently pressing down. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes & serve with ice cream, yogurt, anything speaking to you :)
